Participate in one of the many language revitalization initiatives created by the Abenaki to keep the language of their ancestors alive. Using a basic vocabulary, learn how to see the land and the beings living on it through the perspective of those who have existed there for millennia.
The workshop is led by Mélanie O’Bomsawin, a visual artist and community language teacher for beginners.
Access to the discussion is free, registration is required. Registration for Club DRAC members opens at noon on August 26, 2025, while general admission registration opens at noon on September 6, 2025. The workshop will be held in French.

The workshop is developed with support given to the Maison des arts Desjardins Drummondville by the Ville de Drummondville for the dissemination of Indigenous art and culture.
