About DRAC.ca

The Drac.ca platform provides online information on all exhibitions, events and activities that have taken place or will take place at DRAC. This website allows you to discover DRAC’s programming and the artists who have been exhibited there, as well as many useful information for your visit to the exhibition centre.

1. Integrity of Information

DRAC guarantees the integrity of the information at the precise moment it appears on its website and not afterwards; the exhibition centre does not guarantee any document, data or other content if it is altered or modified in any way, after downloading or not. Furthermore, in the event of a discrepancy between an official text and the content of this website, the official text takes precedence.

2. Copyright

DRAC permits the use of the contents of its website for private purposes only, provided that DRAC is acknowledged as the source of the information. All types of material contained in this website, including, but not limited to, text, documents, images, videos, logos of DRAC and its partners, are protected by Canadian copyright law and international conventions. Unless otherwise noted, copyright applies to all materials accessible through this website.

Any other use or reproduction of the content of this website, in any form, including downloading, publication, reproduction on another website, distribution on the Internet, or use for public or commercial purposes, is prohibited unless prior permission is obtained from DRAC (info@drac.ca).

2.1 Reproduction of artworks

DRAC publishes images of artworks on its website, the majority of which are subject to copyright. In order to respect these rights, DRAC asks users not to reproduce the images published on its website for uses other than fair use as provided for under the Copyright Act (including for the purposes of private study, research or education). In such cases, DRAC asks users to provide full credit for the work (artist’s name, title of the artwork, and any other credit).

Modifications to the images that may affect the integrity of the work are not permitted (e.g., cropping the image, adding extraneous elements to the work, changing colours).

Reproduction for any purpose other than fair use as defined in the Copyright Act is prohibited without prior permission from DRAC. All requests for reproduction should be addressed to: info@drac.ca

DRAC cannot be held responsible for any use by third parties of images from its website that violates copyright laws.

3. Personal Information

If a user of the website chooses to voluntarily submit personal information via e-mail or an electronic form, DRAC will only use the information necessary to respond to that user’s message or request.

3.1 Online Purchases or Reservations

Purchases and reservations for our activities are made online through the Maison des arts Desjardins Drummondville (MADD) ticketing service. In doing so, MADD’s Security and Privacy Policy apply to these transactions.

As DRAC is an entity owned by the Corporation de la Maison des arts Desjardins Drummondville Inc., employees of DRAC will have access to personal information collected in the course of its activities.

4. Navigation data
