About
Stephen Legari, the program officer for art therapy at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, will discuss art therapy and explore the links between artistic creation, wellbeing, and processes of transformation. How can art become a means for expression, healing, and self-understanding? What are the contexts and approaches that characterize this practice? The talk will aim to create a space of sharing and exchange on the uses of art from a therapeutic perspective, at the intersection of art practice and care.
The discussion will be held in French. The discussion is free, but registration is required.
This discussion is presented in collaboration with Culture Centre-du-Québec.
