As part of the Entente de développement culturel de la Ville de Drummondville, DRAC offers you a 90-minute workshop on performance art on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm.

Led by artist arkadi lavoie lachapelle, the mediation workshop Juste pour fuir is an opportunity to discover together with humor and curiosity what performance art is. Simple and fun exercises in a friendly atmosphere will lead to the creation of a short performance at the end of the workshop. Just to Escape is a dive into a little-known art practice that connects body, mind and heart with creativity and wisdom.

• Presentation of arkadi lavoie lachapelle's artistic practice
• Exercises in theatrical style
• Individual performance around an object

Participants will be asked to bring a wrapped object that they wish to dispose of for the performance.
